The Office of the Human Resource Management is responsible for the development of a comprehensive and balanced personnel system and programs designed to promote morale, integrity, efficiency responsiveness, progressiveness and courtesy in the implementation of government wide personnel management programs in the municipality and effectively carries out the communication system with the Civil Service Communication.
